Support
We are happy to provide technical support by telephone and email during normal office hours. Of course, we also offer professional support (CHF 190/hour). Our support staff speak English and are familiar with your business. You can find more information about support here.
Migration
You can easily get started with BAYO at any time. If you would like us to transfer your data from a previous system or documents from your office drive, we will be happy to assist you. An implementation and migration project at BAYO can be realised even on a small budget. Feel free to contact us – we will arrange a migration meeting with you and, if necessary, your technicians to clarify the actual costs of a migration.
Training
Training your employees is definitely a good idea when starting with BAYO, as it allows you to benefit from the extensive functions right from the start. We are also happy to provide ongoing support with free webinars on new features or important topics (you can find the current offering here) or offer you tailor-made webinars (CHF 190/hour) or training courses at your premises (CHF 250/hour) according to your requirements. Customised report/function
Sometimes standard isn't enough. If you want to get a specific report or evaluation tailored to your needs directly from the system in no time at all, it's worth the effort for us to develop it according to your specifications in terms of graphics, content and form and integrate it directly into the system. We can also help you with a small project if you would like to have a specific function or extension developed for BAYO. Get in touch with us and we will be happy to create a rough concept and an initial cost estimate (depending on the scope, 1-2 hours at CHF 190) as a first step to help you make your decision. Incidentally, countless functions in BAYO have been requested and financed by customers in recent years, which now benefit everyone else!
Hosting
We host your data in parallel in two ISO-certified Microsoft Azure data centres located in Switzerland. We would be happy to provide you with more information in a demonstration about which hosting packages are included in your BAYO licence, which options can be added, and which data backups are performed by BAYO.
