BAYO Basic Training

Our 1.5-hour online training course enables new users to get started with the BAYO software easily and confidently. Whether you are an accountant, a broker, or a attorney we provide practical guidance on how to work efficiently with the platform and use its most important functions. It is also ideal as a refresher course after a certain period of time.

What to expect:

  • Introduction to the user interface and navigation
  • Customer and address management
  • Creating and filing documents, quotations and policies
  • Communication, tasks & notes
  • Practical tips for everyday work

Duration: 1.5 hours

Cost: CHF 150.00 (excl. VAT) per person

Important: If you do not attend or cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the training, the full amount will be charged.

BAYO Administrator Training

This training course is aimed at administrators in a law firm, accounting or brokerage companies who need in-depth knowledge of how to use the central configurations of the BAYO platform. You will learn how to manage the system efficiently and tailor it to the needs of your company.

What you can expect:

This admin training course provides you with comprehensive insight into the key functions and settings options in the admin area of the BAYO software. The content is industry-specific – i.e. tailored to trustees or brokers – and is taught in a practical manner.

Among other things, you will learn:

  • how to manage users and permissions
  • how to create and customise templates
  • which system-wide settings are relevant
  • how to work efficiently with specific tools and functions
  • what is important for system maintenance and data quality

Duration: 2 hours

Cost: CHF 200.00 (excl. VAT) per person
