The basic functions
Address/client management (CRM)
All your customer data in one place, structured and managed according to the wishes and requirements of your business. Record any characteristics, customer groups, additional fields, address and communication types. But addresses don't stand alone; establish connections to the owner, parents or children, add contacts, communication channels or holding structures.
Document management (DMS)
Anyone who works with clients must have the relevant documents under control. BAYO document management is the core component and central hub of BAYO. Store documents under addresses or, of course, under policies (brokers), products (trusts), projects, cases (lawyers) or claims (brokers). BAYO also works seamlessly with your locally installed Office programmes and can optionally be operated with Microsoft SharePoint integration.
Tasks & Deadlines
Never miss an important deadline again. In BAYO, you can define deadlines and tasks at customer level, but also in projects, policies (broker), claims (broker), products (accountant) and cases (solicitor). The responsible employee can see how many tasks they have open in the overview, and you can also perform evaluations across the entire company. If desired, the tasks can also be synchronised with Microsoft Outlook.
Customer Access portal
Offer your customers access to relevant information via the BAYO customer portal, thereby increasing security and complying with data protection laws – even without complicated email encryption. You decide which users your customers have access to which data, areas and documents directly in BAYO.
Portal for PC, tablet or smartphone
Exchange documents, chat and send forms in compliance with data protection regulations. Your digital access for your customers! Whether via the browser on your office laptop, your consultant tablet on the go or in the BAYO Portal smartphone app. With BAYO, you can work completely digitally – if your customers want you to.
Data export and filters
Export all tables to BAYO with a single click, then analyse or edit them as usual in Microsoft Excel. BAYO also takes into account the filter settings you have made and offers various data preparation options depending on your requirements.
System settings and user permissions
You can customise BAYO to suit your needs. As an administrator, you have full access to all master data, system settings and, of course, your employees' user permissions at all times. Control who can see what and how your customer data should be structured.
