Keep track of the documents received and processed from the customer. The customer uses the BAYO portal and can upload accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as tax documents, and send them to you in encrypted form. In BAYO, you have an overview of what has been uploaded by which customer and when, and which documents still need to be processed.

BAYO offers hourly rate control that leaves nothing to be desired. Different rates per activity, per employee or per customer are possible, as are all combinations thereof. If a rate is entered incorrectly, it can simply be overridden on the invoice. It is just as easy to correct hours, grant discounts or enter surcharges. Additional items or even automatic surcharges for e.g. ‘expense allowances’ are also possible. As you might expect, invoices are best sent directly via the customer portal, saving you postage and printer cartridges.

Activate forms for your customers in the BAYO portal, e.g. for submitting new employee details or a checklist for tax returns. Your employees will be notified of received forms and can process the cases in the payroll system or tax tool, document them in BAYO and track them. Of course, the forms also work for your customers on the go in the BAYO app for smartphones.
